Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and outgoing Sales Associates to help expand our client base and close flooring projects. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. If you are persuasive, results-oriented, and love closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Compensation

• Commission-based (no base salary)
• Earn 5%–7% commission per closed job
• Average commissions range from $500 – $2,000+ per project depending on job size
• Unlimited income potential — the harder you work, the more you earn

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads (residential & commercial)
• Present and explain CoreSealCoatings services to potential clients
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and consultations as needed
• Provide quotes and follow up with prospects to close sales
• Build long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Prior sales experience (construction, home improvement, flooring, or related industry an asset)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Reliable transportation to attend client meetings
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
